In the year 1966, a small congregation of local Indians many of whom were staying at the British quarters inside Seletar started worshipping on the grounds of 407 Jalan Kayu. A small A-framed church was soon built and thus The Church of the Epiphany was established.

The then Vicar who is also our current Acting Vicar, Rev Canon Steven Asirvatham, was prompted to share the vision for a sanctuary to house a 500 strong congregation and to share the premises for multilingual services. Thus the journey of our fundraising began 18 years ago. The church perseveres in praying and believes in God who is more than able to provide. Over the years, numerous fundraising projects were organized and many of our people, well-wishers and churches came forward and gave sacrificially.

Today the cost of the redevelopment stands at $9 million dollars. We have raised up to $6.2 million dollars thus far and this is only possible because of God who inspires believers in the wider body, individuals who share this vision and friends beyond our Diocese, and partners like you who have given to our Church Re-building Project.

As of today, we are still in need to urgently raise another $2.82 Million dollars for the remaining building works, variations, prolongation costs, fixtures, furnishings and charges arising from delays. We are praying that God will touch you to pray along with us in this redevelopment effort and help contribute sacrificially to our project for the glory of God alone. We need all the help that we can get. We thank you once again for your partnership and may the Lord bless you. May He bestow His Countenance upon you and uplift the works of your hands.
